Chinatown classic- I was a solo diner on the prowl for some noodles and tripe. Luckily, SJFZ offered exactly what I was looking for!

Order and pay at the counter- this place is cash only.
I got the thick rice noodles with tripe- it came out within 5 minutes of ordering. I couldn't find a table so I asked a nice auntie and uncle if I could sit with them (thank you, Auntie and Uncle! aka my new parents? we literally sat in silence, slurping our respective noodles)
$5.50 gets you a deep bowl of soft rice noodles, tripe, chopped bok chop in a delicate soup. I thought about getting dumplings but too full this time...
Will definitely be a next time!
If you are looking for Fujianese food, this is a good English friendly spot. Made popular by social media, this is a bustling joint which serves your Bian rou (mini meat fujianese wontons), peanut sauce noodles, fish balls and boiled dumplings among other tasty foods in the fuzhou cuisine.
It's self service for table space, and the ordering counter is quite efficient. Great place for value tasty food and your Fujianese food fix!
Hot tip, get their frozen dumplings if you want to make some at home.
I heard alot of this place yet I really give in and try out theirs dumplings and some soup..taste pretty good and ofcoz will try others for my coming next ..thankssss
For the price, it is unbeatable.
Must have are the dumplings, fishballs, and peanut sauce noodle.
You will leave the place full after 6 (smaller) plates for the price of 1 plate elsewhere.

Really tasty, really cheap, great place. 12.50 got my friend and I 20 dumplings, a plate of peanut noodles, and two sodas, in 2024!
